This form is here to support you in sharing only what feels right to you, in your own way and at your own pace.
You may answer as many or as few questions as you like.
Short responses, partial thoughts, or skipping questions entirely are all completely okay.
If you choose to share, your story may help others feel less alone - but there is no pressure to inspire, educate, or offer hope. Your voice matters simply because it is yours.
