  • Improving Brain Energy: The Daily Picnic

    Tuesday, Oct 14, 2025 at 12pm ET

Every day we bring to the picnic table of life four buckets of energy: biological, psychological, social, and spiritual. This is how we move, think, feel, engage with others, and our creativity, beliefs and more. We get to navigate how we fill, use, re-fill these buckets and this is often challenged by human habit of persistent learned thoughts called cognitive distortions (automatic negative thoughts).

Together we will identify these cognitive distortions so we can more mindfully manage our energy buckets to improve our daily brain energy.

    Facilitated by Taryn Barlow.
