The Companion Program

Spring Cohort - Small Groups
April - June 2026

Apply by April 3, 2026

You don’t have to walk this road alone.

The Hope Survives Companion Program - Small Groups is a 10-week opportunity to connect with peers who understand life after brain injury. Instead of a 1:1 match, this cohort brings together small groups of participants to share encouragement, conversation, and steady community support.

These groups offer a simple, welcoming place to connect - without needing to share personal contact information.

Join the Companion Program for presence, understanding, and a community that shows up for one another.

How It Works

  • Apply below between March 3 - April 3 to be considered for the Spring cohort.

  • We’ll create small groups based on interest areas, communication preferences, lived experience, and comfort level.

  • Each group meets inside a private Hope Survives Community Portal Space, with conversation prompts provided by our team.

  • Participants also have the option to join cohort-wide video calls for those who enjoy connecting face-to-face.

  • There is no cost for this program.

Who It’s For

This program welcomes:

  • Individuals with a brain injury

  • Family members and caregivers

  • Loved ones supporting someone through recovery

  • Community members who want to show up with empathy and shared experience

We believe everyone deserves connection - no matter where they are on their journey.

If you're interested in staying involved beyond the spring, we’d love to have you on our team.
