The Companion Program
You don’t have to walk this road alone.
The Hope Survives Companion Program is an opportunity to build meaningful, supportive connection. Our Spring 2026 cohort consists of small groups and runs from April-June.
Our current cohort is now past registration deadline - but if you’re interested in being a part of this for the future, click here to join the waitlist.
How It Works
You’ll complete an application - Spring 2026 cohort was between March 3 - April 3.
We’ll create small groups based on interest areas, communication preferences, lived experience, and comfort level.
Each group meets inside a private Hope Survives Community Portal Space, with conversation prompts provided by our team.
Participants also have the option to join cohort-wide video calls for those who enjoy connecting face-to-face.
There is no cost for this program.
Who It’s For
This program welcomes:
Individuals with a brain injury
Family members and caregivers
Loved ones supporting someone through recovery
Community members who want to show up with empathy and shared experience
We believe everyone deserves connection - no matter where they are on their journey.
