A little creativity. A moment to pause. Time together.

Every person’s experience with brain injury is different. Like snowflakes, our stories each have their own shape - and there is room for all of them in our community.

Join Hope Survives for a relaxed hour of creativity, reflection, and connection. Together, we’ll make paper Hope Snowflakes and decorate them with words, colors, or drawings that represent the people who support us, strengths we’ve discovered, small comforts, and hopes we want to carry forward.

This season can bring a mix of feelings. You don’t need to arrive feeling grateful or hopeful to belong here. This is simply time to pause and be together, however today looks for you.

What to expect:

  • A live session on Zoom

  • A cozy, low-stimulation space made for individuals and families navigating brain injury

  • Gentle reflection prompts

  • A simple craft: Hope Snowflakes - (no crafting experience needed!)

  • Time for connection with others who understand the journey

  • Encouragement, community, and grounding hope to carry into the new year

We can’t wait to connect with you. 💙

This space is created for individuals living with brain injury, their family/loved ones, and anyone who wants a gentle, creative activity in their day.

You are welcome to participate as much or as little as you’d like - cameras on or off, listening quietly or sharing if it feels right. All modes of presence are honoured.
