How to Share Your Brain Injury Story: Your Voice Matters

Friday, February 6
@ 3:00 pm ET

Speak from your heart, at your own pace.

After brain injury, it can be hard to find words for what you’ve lived through. You might wonder how much to share, how to share it, or if your story even matters.

There is no “right” way to tell your story - only the way that feels honest and safe for you. We would love to walk alongside you as you explore it. 💙

This workshop is a space for anyone navigating brain injury - including family members & loved ones - to explore your voice with support and guidance. Together, we’ll talk about simple ways to share your story safely, meaningfully, and in a way that feels true to you. We’ll also introduce a new way to share written stories with the Hope Survives community.

Led by Hope Hope Survives’ Cristabelle Braden & Jasmine Balignasay-Chavez, this session blends encouragement, practical guidance, and space to reflect.
