Why is Nutrition Important?

Nutrition plays a powerful role in brain injury recovery, offering the body and mind the fuel needed to heal and thrive. By nourishing our brain properly, it is actually possible to reduce neuroinflammation and support neuroplasticity! We’re not just feeding our bodies, we’re giving our brains the best chance to recover.

In this workshop, you’ll learn how to support your brain’s ability to heal, rewire, and regain function - whether you're in the early stages of recovery or years down the road.
