Renewed By Faith: Church Chapters Pilot Program 2026
Your Church Can Make a Lasting Impact
Hope Survives envisions a world where every person with brain injury and every member of their family is seen, loved, and supported. By partnering with us, your church or ministry group can be a beacon of hope, sharing Christ’s love and compassion with those navigating the challenges of recovery. Together, we can uplift families, foster community, and build a stronger foundation of faith.
Provide a Space for Much-Needed Brain Injury Support at Your Church
Every year, millions of people experience a life-altering brain injury, stroke, concussion, or other neurological condition (like long covid), yet it often remains invisible to the outside. While churches are excellent at providing immediate care, like meals or hospital visits, they often lack a long-term framework to support the unique cognitive, emotional, and spiritual 'rewiring' that follows.
Hope Survives fills this gap by providing a structured, faith-based support model specifically designed to be hosted by the local church.
We have intentionally designed this ministry to be seamlessly incorporated into your existing care systems and ministry offerings. Much like GriefShare or Celebrate Recovery, Hope Survives offers a clear, step-by-step roadmap that allows your staff or lay leaders to launch with confidence. By providing the curriculum, leader training, and resources, we handle the specialized complexity of brain injury support so your church can focus on what it does best: walking alongside people in their time of need.
Hope Survives invites your church to be a part of this by becoming a pilot partner in our Renewed by Faith Church Chapters Pilot Program, launching this September 2026.
Why Partner with Hope Survives?
We have spent years cultivating a successful, structured virtual support group model for brain injury survivors. Now, we are bringing this framework directly into local churches to combine proven cognitive and resilience strategies with the power of Christ-centered community. Recent statistics show that 1 in 4 people have been affected by traumatic brain injury* - which means that there are people in every church that have been affected. This will also allow your church to be a support place for the local community.
We are currently seeking 3 to 5 pilot churches to launch an in-person chapter.
