Meet Our Guest

Melissa Biscardi is a registered nurse and osteopathic therapist focusing on concussion rehabilitation, long-Covid, and brain optimization. Melissa maintains a private practice - Concussion Rehab Lab - in Toronto and virtually, for busy go-getters aiming to reclaim their brain health. She also acts as a mentor to clinicians teaching workshops and through her Concussion mentorship program - the Concussion Rehab Accelerator. Melissa has published numerous research articles and three book chapters covering different aspects of brain health including concussion, dementia, injury prevention, and aging with brain injury. She completed a Master of Science focusing on women’s hormones post concussion and she is currently pursuing her PhD at University of Toronto. She has dedicated her life to helping others improve their brain health and to feel like themselves again after concussion through effective, evidence-based concussion care.
