Support For Those Who Support Others

Caregivers, family members, and friends play a vital role in the recovery journey of brain injury survivors, and Hope Survives is here to support you too. Our programming offers a place to connect with others who understand, share experiences, and find resources tailored to your needs.

Through support groups, workshops, podcast episodes, and curated tools, we provide you with practical strategies, encouragement, and a compassionate community to help you care for your loved one while prioritizing your well-being. Together, we can navigate this journey with strength and hope.

The Companion Program

Spring Cohort - Small Groups
April - June 2026

Apply by April 3, 2026

You don’t have to walk this road alone.

The Hope Survives Companion Program - Small Groups is a 10-week opportunity to connect with peers who understand life after brain injury. Instead of a 1:1 match, this cohort brings together small groups of participants to share encouragement, conversation, and steady community support.

The Companion Program is open to:

  • Individuals living with brain injury

  • Spouses & partners

  • Parents

  • Siblings

  • Adult children

  • Caregivers and family members

  • Volunteers who want to support others with empathy and encouragement

These groups offer a simple, welcoming place to connect - without needing to share personal contact information.

Join the Companion Program for presence, understanding, and a community that shows up for one another.
