Art Submission Form

Let’s celebrate the creativity and talents of our brain injury community!

We are delighted to invite those living with a brain injury to submit their artwork for a chance to be featured on the front of our upcoming greeting cards.

Artwork submissions for the 2026 Hope Survives Greeting Card Collection are now closed.

Thank you to everyone who shared their creativity and heart with us. Our Fundraising Committee is currently reviewing this year's submissions and will soon begin preparing the 2026 collection.
